Mitra Integrasi Informatika (“MII”) and Soltius Asia Pte. Ltd, Singapore (“Soltius”). MII is the company focus in consultancy, IT system integration, and IT outsourcing services. While Soltius is the regional company specializing in SAP Consulting and has already established its operations in the Asia Pacific region ie Indonesia, Thailand and Australia.

Effective February 1st, 2010, Eko Heryanto, will lead MII as the President Director replacing Sjafril Effendi. As the new President Director, Eko Heryanto has the responsibility to manage MII assisted by  Susanto Djaja, as Financial Director; Hendra Kusumawidjaja, as Presales & Delivery Director; M.A. Lumaksi, as Telco & Business Solution Director; Danny Suryadharma, as Enterprise Business Unit & Financial Services Industry Solution Director and Corporate & Commercial Business Unit & Product Solution will still be handled by Eko Heryanto.

Sjafril Effendi will take a new position as Regional Managing Director of Soltius who will oversee PT. Soltius Indonesia, Soltius Thailand Limited and Soltius Australia Pty Ltd. Sjafril Effendi still resumes as Director of PT. Metrodata Electronics, Tbk, President Commissioner of PT Soltius Indonesia, Director of Soltius Thailand Limited and Director of Soltius Australia Pty. Ltd.

Through a better synergy, METRODATA hope these changes will increase MII and Soltius values and bring a new perspective to promote long-term growth for METRODATA in Indonesia information technology market.
