MTDL's Revenue and Profit Increased in the First Half of 2026

Taking Firm Steps to Become the Largest ICT Company in Indonesia

Jakarta, July 29 2026 — PT Metrodata Electronics Tbk (MTDL), a leading provider of integrated consulting and solutions services, as well as distribution of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) products in Indonesia, successfully recorded an increase in profit and revenue in the first half of this year.

The Company recorded revenue of IDR 13.6 trillion in the first half of 2026, a 16.7% year-on-year increase. In the same period in 2025, MTDL's revenue was IDR 11.7 trillion. This revenue led to a profit of IDR 313.7 billion, a 6.6% year-on-year increase. In the first half of 2025, the Company's profit was IDR 294.3 billion.

MTDL President Director, Susanto Djaja stated, "The Company continued to deliver net profit growth despite intense market competition and tighter customer spending on information and communication technology (ICT). While the Company successfully achieved double-digit sales growth, these market conditions limited net profit growth to the single-digit range,".

The Distribution Business Unit remains the primary revenue contributor, generating IDR 10.5 trillion, or 76% of the Company's total revenue. With these gains, the Distribution Business Unit's revenue grew 22.0% YoY. Company's revenue growth was primarily driven by stronger sales of Smartphones and PCs & Notebooks.

Meanwhile, the Solutions and Consulting Business Unit recorded revenue of IDR3.4 trillion. The segment continued to strengthen the quality of its revenue, as reflected by recurring revenue, which accounted for 57.5% of total revenue in the first half of 2026, compared with 41.1% in the same period of 2025. This growth was primarily driven by the Cloud Services, Business Applications, and Digital Business Platform offerings.

“We are also pleased to see that the Company's order bookings, particularly from recurring projects, have continued to grow,” Susanto added.

With this continued positive performance, MTDL is increasingly optimistic in strengthening its position and advancing toward its goal of becoming the largest ICT company in Indonesia. To this end, the Company will increase its focus on expanding its portfolio, deepening customer engagement, and strengthening businesses that generate recurring revenue.

In its Digital Solutions and Consulting business, MTDL is focused on strengthening its solutions business while expanding collaborations with new principals. Meanwhile, its Digital Distribution business will optimize its product and solutions portfolio to further enhance business performance.
