Metrodata IT Camp, part of Metrodata Academy, is a training program designed for recent graduates who join Metrodata as employees. Using modules developed in collaboration with global technology partners such as EC-Council and CompTIA, participants are prepared to obtain international certifications through vendor-neutral curriculum.
Currently, more than 5% of Metrodata Internship program participants have been recruited as Metrodata employees, while awaiting their graduation from college. This shows the important role of Metrodata Academy in ensuring the sustainability of providing quality IT talents to support the company's growth.
"We do not only focus on being an educational institution, but we are very complete starting from technology, education, implementation, and operations. Our goal is to support the improvement of human resources in the IT sector and produce qualified digital talents," said President Director of MTDL, Susanto Djaja.
In every digital literacy development activity held, Metrodata always upholds inclusivity while breaking the myth that women in technology are still lacking. By prioritizing equality, Metrodata Academy shows that every human being, both men and women, has the same opportunity to obtain good digital literacy. This commitment to inclusivity can be seen in the figures of the board of directors, staff, and Metrodata Academy participants who are starting to be filled by many women.
“Metrodata Academy can exist today because of the collective efforts of all parties. However, we must not forget the contribution of great women in it, such as Mrs. Susilowati as the former head of Metrodata Academy and Mrs. Marlina Je as the current Head of Metrodata Academy. Be a confident woman, dare to take responsibility to continue to improve your abilities and together we can definitely reach a higher level. In addition, the contribution of the Head of Metrodata Training, Hanzell Toar Tioho is also very valuable in this journey,” concluded the Director of PT Mitra Integrasi Informatika (MII), a subsidiary of MTDL, Herryanti Herman.
