Optimizing Human Capital Performance

Executive Breakfast Gathering on May 8, located at the Mercantile Athletic Club, Jakarta, has been conducted successfully. The event was held in collaboration between PT Soltius Indonesia (Soltius) with Quadrant Advisor Indonesia (QAI).

The event was opened by Faransyah Jaya, Business Director QAI. He would like to say welcome for the participants of the gathering. Faransyah discuss about problems that frequently faced by companies when based on research that has been done: 95% of employees do not understand the company's strategy and target to be achieved (Northon & Kaplan), 50% of employees spend their time in non-productive work (Corporate StrategyBoard Research: Measures that matter).

After the opening from Faransyah Jaya, Vera Febrina, Managing Director of QAI, adding the 6 core in the implementation of the business that need to each company are: whether the employee works by focusing on the company's strategy? (Alignment), Are the employees did when the job given to them from the company? (Productivity), Are we optimize the investment through the employees? (Efficiency), Whether we could propose performance of the level that has been there? (Sustainability), whether we can make sure that we have a steady supply of employees in the implementation of corporate strategy? (Scalability), Is every work of all employees is a significant liability? (Governance).

The event was followed by a speech from Tico Kayamana, President Director Soltius explained that Soltius derived from “solusi” when Sultius always ready to bring solutions to business challenges, one of them in the Human Capital Management. Tico said this event focuses to explore the potential that exists in human capital management and based on the background of the problems above, company made gatherings to provide solutions to these problems.

Joni Ferrier, Value Expert Advisor, explained that one of the problems in Human Capital Function is realize how difficult HR to complete company with many people from various divisions to execute the company's strategy and what makes a successful business are need to know where the direction move with setting the strategy, then determined the resources to used, and the last implementation all of them and measuring results.

Joni also explained in every job, employee should be based on the company's strategy and goals, but many employees do not understand the strategy and goals of their company. The event was closed by Rama Yusril, General Manager of Technology QAI WITH conclude the whole event that SAP SuccessFactors answer problems on Human Capital is occuring almost in every company
