Shaping The Future of Financial in The AI Era

In the past two years, machine learning and AI technologies have dominated business discussions across various industries. Industries have been competing and striving to understand how to implement AI and machine learning technologies, including in the financial services sector, particularly banking.

AWS recognizes these needs and has partnered with Metrodata Electronics, a company with real competency and a wealth of experience in AI/ML solutions.

At the event titled "BANKTECH INNOVATION FORUM: Building the Future of Finance in the AI World," held on Tuesday, May 14, 2024, at the Shangri-La Hotel Jakarta, representatives from Metrodata Electronics, Mr. RM Dana Suryo Saputro, as the Product Manager of AWS, and Ms. Evlina Trisia Salsabella, as the Technical & Presales Lead of AI, spoke on various topics. They discussed Metrodata's experience in analytics across different Indonesian markets, the role of analytics, machine learning, and AI use cases, particularly in the banking sector on AWS. They also presented demos related to credit scoring, fraud detection, AI generation, and customer segmentation.

The BANKTECH INNOVATION FORUM provided an opportunity for over 200 attendees from the industry and banking sector to receive answers and engage in direct discussions with AWS and Metrodata's expert teams. They delved into detailed discussions about cloud computing technology trends in the financial services industry, especially in banks, and how banks can innovate using AWS to become more competitive and enhance user services.
