PT Bukalapak.com Tbk (“IDX: BUKA”) is a trading platform company, both online and offline in Indonesia, which was founded by the nation's children. Starting from a marketplace and then growing into a platform that provides many conveniences for doing business that allows SMEs to enter the virtual world. Currently, Bukalapak is a company that continues to evolve and innovate for the common good and has expanded into other various business lines, including helping to increase sales of traditional warungs through Bukalapak Partner Services. In 2017, Bukalapak became one of the unicorn startups from Indonesia.
Business Challenge
Currently, Bukalapak serves more than 6.7 million online sellers and 10.4 million Bukalapak partners and more than 110 million users. With the increase in users and transactions every day, this company that has various business units requires a support system, an integrated and capable technology that is able to integrate all independent applications.
Goals
With the company's expansion and strategy, Bukalapak wants to integrate the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Order Management System (OMS) using Oracle Fusion Financial solutions so that business processes become more effective, agile, not only in serving increasingly competitive business demands. To achieve effective operations, Bukalapak requires a single source of data that is easily accessible in making new order requests to fulfill customer requests.
Solution
