With a large business scale, a wide range of products, and high transaction volumes, sales activities play a crucial role in supporting the company's business sustainability and growth.

As customer management and sales processes become increasingly complex, companies face challenges in maintaining data accuracy and providing comprehensive information visibility for management. Sales processes involving multiple stages and systems require a more structured, transparent, and integrated approach. This approach enables accurate synchronization of sales information, stock availability, and order fulfillment status, without disrupting ongoing operational stability. With this integration, all important data remains consistent across both systems.

By utilizing Salesforce Sales Cloud, companies not only improve operational efficiency, but also gain real-time visibility of sales data through comprehensive reporting and dashboard features. Management can monitor sales performance, analyze business pipelines, and make faster, data-driven strategic decisions. On the other hand, the sales team is assisted by a more standardized, well-documented, and easily monitored work process in a single integrated platform.
